1. Spanos Park West
Exit Eight Mile Road off of Highway 5 and head West. The community has two new city parks, multiple neighborhood mini-parks, with fun play structures, tennis and b-ball courts, all within close walking distance from homes. The area has one elementary school, Manlio Silva next to Iloilo Sister City Park. If you are a golfer, The Reserve at Spanos Park is a must. If you like watersports, the outdoors, or boating, this north west Stockton community borders the San Joaquin Delta and is close to two marinas and boat launch ramps.
A Spanos Park home has easy access to the I-5 freeway and Hwy 99 via Eight Mile Rd.

35 minutes to Sacramento
1.5 hours to Bay Area
Closest ski resorts: Boreal(2.5hrs) and Bear Valley(2hrs)

Park West Place
Park West Place is the shopping mecca for the Spanos Park Community with main anchor stores such as Target, Ross, and Lowes...with much more. This popular north Stockton shopping center is the community's hub of quick conveniences. Coming or going, you can't help but drop by the Starbucks or grabbing bread and milk at Target or Wal-Mart.

Westward expansion towards the San Joaquin Delta is anticipated! The Stockton Planning Commission's General Plan is targeting potential growth in this area and north of Eight Mile Road.
2. Spanos Park East
Head east on Eight Mile Road(past San Joaquin County's largest park - Oak Grove Park) and make a right on Thornton Road. Take A.G. Spanos Drive or Iron Canyon Cir. to discover the tight-nit and well established(post 1998ish) real estate in the northwest side of Stockton.
With all K-12 Lodi Unified schools situated close by, no worries of them being too far from home. Bear Creek High School and Julia Morgan Elementary are walking distances away.
Off Iron Canyon Cir. take McAuliffe Rd. to make a quick link under Highway 5 to shopping heaven. Park West Place Shopping Center and the Wal-Mart awaits you!
