A wide open 6 acre neighborhood city park located in Spanos Park West in the north west corner of Stockton, California (5920 Scott Creek Drive.)
The park is named after Iloilo, Philippines, a port city on the southern shore of Panay Island in the Panay Gulf. Iloilo was adopted as a Sister City by the Stockton City Council Resolution on August 2, 1965. The cities in the Stockton Sister Cites designation are:
- Shizuoka-Shimizu, Japan
- Empalme, Mexico
- Foshan, China
- Parma, Italy
- Battambang, Cambodia
- Asaba, Nigeria
- Iloilo, Philippines
